Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour may substitute with gluten free flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 oz pumpkin
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 TBLS butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients above through the pumpkin and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into a greased bar pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Frost when cooled.
  • Frosting: Beat all ingredients (cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk) until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
